In particular, the student can make one print out of the mathematical documents contained on this website for his/her personal use.

It should be added that buying the book includes support for the materials covered in the book. This is valid until the end of the semester in which the book is purchased. Support is available at the contact page. Additional semesters of support can be also be arranged by contacting Magooey.
